Text of report by Libyan TV on 10th March The brother leader of the revolution [Qadhafi]
has received brother Abdullahi Yusuf, the president of the Puntland regional government
[northeastern Somalia], whose current visit to Great Jamahiriyah is within the framework
of the brother leader's effort to resolve the Somali problem proceeding from his
initiative to bring about peace and stability to Somalia, as well as to the four
corners of Africa.
